  • Sour Cream 120 milliliters

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 teaspoon

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Mayonnaise 120 milliliters

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients & add to a large bowl. Reserve spring onions & coriander for garnish.

    • 210 grams, shredded Cabbage
    • 60 grams, julienned Yellow Onion
    • 50 grams, sliced Spring Onion
    • 50 grams, sliced bias Fresh Celery
    • 8 grams, chopped Cilantro
  2. Dressing Creation

    Combine wet ingredients & mix well. Pour dressing over salad mixture. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat.

    • 120 milliliters Mayonnaise
    • 120 milliliters Sour Cream
    • 89 milliliters Lime Juice
    • 2 tablespoons Honey
    • 1 tablespoon Salt
    • 1 teaspoon, ground Black Pepper
  3. Taste

    Top salad with scallions & cilantro. Season with pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
