  • Yellow Onion 60 g

  • Lime Juice 4 Tbsp

  • Spring Onions 50 g

  • Fresh Celery 50 g

  • Cabbage 210 g

Spices

  • Salt 1 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 5/8 tsp

Dairy & Eggs

  • Sour Cream 120 mL

Pantry

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Mayonnaise 120 mL

  • Honey 2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients & add to a large bowl. Reserve spring onions & coriander for garnish.

    • 210 g, shredded Cabbage
    • 60 g, julienned Yellow Onion
    • 50 g, sliced Spring Onions
    • 50 g, sliced bias Fresh Celery
    • 8 g, chopped Coriander
  2. Dressing Creation

    Combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice and honey. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad mixture. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat.

    • 120 mL Mayonnaise
    • 120 mL Sour Cream
    • 4 Tbsp Lime Juice
    • 2 Tbsp Honey
    • 1 Tbsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  3. Taste

    Top salad with scallions & cilantro. Season with pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
