  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1/4 tsp

Preparation

  1. Prepare & Cook Chicken

    Rinse chicken under cold running water and pat dry using kitchen paper towels. Arrange chicken in a single layer, skin side up, on a baking sheet. Drizzle the oil on chicken, turning to coat all sides. Season chicken evenly with salt and pepper. Place baking sheet in oven on rack level 2, and start cook sequence.

    • 1.8 kg , 4 breasts, 0.45 kg each Bone-In Skin-On Chicken Breasts
    • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  2. Serve & Enjoy

    Once cooking is complete, remove from oven and allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon juice, fresh parsley, and flaky salt if desired, and enjoy with your favourite side!
