Classic Turkey Burger with Coleslaw - Innit

  • Mayonnaise 60 milliliters

  • Parsley 15 grams

  • Cabbage 1/2

  • Salt 2 teaspoons

  • Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons

  • Black Pepper 1 teaspoon

  • Egg 1

  • Sour Cream 60 milliliters

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Form Burgers

    Separate egg white and pour it into the turkey mince. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal burgers.

    • 450 grams Turkey Mince
    • 1, white only Egg
  2. Prep Topping

    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, sugar & oil together. Prepare vegetables. Combine cabbage mixture with mayo mixture. Mix well.

    • 140 grams, sliced Cabbage
    • 40 grams, julienne Red Onion
    • 1, grated Carrot
    • 15 grams, chopped Parsley
    • 60 milliliters Sour Cream
    • 60 milliliters Mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Sugar
    • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  3. Cook Burgers

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 6 minutes on each side.

    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 4, toasted Burger Bun
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
