Avocado Hummus - Innit

  • Lemon Juice 44 milliliters

  • Avocados 2 1/2

  • Tinned Chickpeas 2 cans

  • Pita Chips 1 bag

Spices

  • Ground Coriander Seed 1 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Korean Chili Flake 1 teaspoon

  • Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon

Dry Goods

  • Tahini 130 grams

Pantry

  • Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Blend

    Blend ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Add a dash of the chickpea water if it looks a little dry. Season to taste.

    • 2 cans, drained (save liquid) Tinned Chickpeas
    • 130 grams Tahini
    • 44 milliliters Lemon Juice
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
    • 2 Avocados
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt
    • 1 teaspoon, ground Ground Cumin
    • 1 teaspoon, ground Ground Coriander Seed
  2. Serve

    Plate on platter or in bowl, garnish with chunks of avocado, oil & Korean chili flakes. Serve with pita chips.
