Preparation

  1. Form Burgers

    Separate egg white and pour it into the turkey mince. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal burgers.

    • 450 g Turkey Mince
    • 1 , white only Whole Egg
  2. Prep Topping

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.

    • 1 Hass Avocado
    • 1 , juiced, zested Lemon
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  3. Cook Burgers

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 6 minutes on each side.

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 4 , toasted Burger Bun
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
