Preparation

  1. Blend

    Combine ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the consistency is a thick paste.

    • 960 g Cream Cheese
    • 195 g Jar Roasted Red Peppers
    • 490 g Grated Strong Cheddar Cheese
    • 2 tsp Salt
  2. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 25 g , thinly sliced Spring Onions
    • 4 , sliced into sticks Carrots
    • 4 stalks , sliced into sticks Celery
    • 8 Sugar Snap Peas
    • 1/2 , sliced into sticks Cucumber
  3. Taste

    Plate the dip with veggie sticks. Garnish with parsley & scallions. Top with extra virgin olive oil & ground black pepper if desired.
