  • Walnut 80 grams

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 120 milliliters

Dry Goods

  • Wild Rice 160 grams

Spices

  • Salt 2 1/3 teaspoons

  • Black Peppercorn 2 teaspoons

Preparation

  1. Cook Rice

    Combine ingredients & bring to a boil. Cook rice. Cool rice by straining it under cold running water.

    • 710 milliliters Water
    • 160 grams Wild Rice
    • 2 teaspoons Salt
  2. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients. Reserve celery leaves for garnish!

    • 100 grams, sliced diagonally Fresh Celery
    • 80 grams, roasted, chopped Walnut
    • 100 grams, sliced Cotton Candy Grape
    • 51 grams Celery Leaves
    • 1, triangle slice Pink Lady Apple
  3. Salad Assembly

    Season rice & chopped ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

    • 1/3 teaspoon Salt
    • 1/2, juiced Lemon
    • 120 milliliters Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 2 teaspoons, Cracked Black Peppercorn
  4. Taste

    Plate in platter or large bowl. Garnish with celery leaves.
