Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients. Save some coriander for garnish!

    • 1, diced Fresh Ruby Mango
    • 8 g, chopped Fresh Cilantro
    • 60 g, sliced Red Onion
    • 90 g, wedged Fresh Red Tomato
  2. Combine and Mix

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

    • 2 cans, drained Tinned Black Beans
    • 1, diced Fresh Ruby Mango
    • 8 g, chopped Fresh Cilantro
    • 60 g, sliced Red Onion
    • 90 g, wedged Fresh Red Tomato
    • 44 mL Lime Juice
    • 4 tsp Salt
    • 4 tsp Ground Cumin
    • 120 mL Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Plate in platter or bowl. Garnish with cotija & cilantro.
