Ribs with Broccoli & Sweet Potatoes - Innit

  • Baby Back Rib 1.1 kilograms

  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Light Brown Sugar 50 grams

  • Sweet Potatoes 3

  • Thyme 4 sprigs

Spices

  • Salt 4 teaspoons

  • Red Pepper Flakes 1 teaspoon

  • Black Pepper 1 1/8 teaspoons

Preparation

  1. Preheat

    Preheat the oven to 220C.

    Connect Oven
  2. Cook Ribs

    Season ribs on all sides. Cook for 45 minutes, bone side up.

    • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
    • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    • 1.1 kilograms Baby Back Rib
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  3. Cook Sweet Potatoes

    Add sweet potatoes to a large bowl & drizzle with olive oil, toss to evenly coat. Add remaining ingredients and toss again. Arrange sweet potato slices in even layer. Cook for 20 - 30 minutes.

    • 1, juiced Orange
    • 3, sliced into circles Sweet Potatoes
    • 50 grams Light Brown Sugar
    • 4 sprigs Thyme
    • teaspoon, enough to coat Olive Oil
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
  4. Cook Broccoli

    Drizzle broccoli with olive oil. Season. Cook for 18 minutes.

    • 2 heads, large florets Broccoli
    • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
    • teaspoon, to coat Olive Oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  5. Flip Ribs

    Remove baking tray from oven. Flip ribs bone-side down and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
