Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients & add to a large bowl. Reserve spring onions & coriander (half the quantity of each) for garnish.

    • 210 g , shredded Chinese Leaf
    • 60 g , julienned Yellow Onion
    • 50 g , sliced Spring Onions
    • 50 g , sliced bias Celery
    • 8 g , chopped Coriander
  2. Dressing Creation

    Combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice and honey. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad mixture. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat.

    • 56 g Mayonnaise
    • 49 g Sour Cream
    • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
    • 1 Tbsp Honey
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  3. Taste

    Top salad with scallions & coriander. Season with pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
