  • Wild Atlantic Salmon 680 g

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Blueberries 300 g

  • Sunflower Sprouts 150 g

  • Kale 2 bunches

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 75 ml

  • Black Pepper 2 pinches

  • Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbsp

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Honey 1/2 Tbsp

Condiments

  • Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Whisk Dressing

    Whisk together mustard, honey, balsamic, in a bowl. Gradually, add oil to emulsify. Add lemon zest/juice. Season.

    • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
    • 60 ml Olive Oil
    • 1 pinch Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • 1/4 , zested + juiced Lemon
  2. Create Cucumber Blueberry Mix

    Prepare ingredients & combine if desired.

    • 1 , penciled Cucumber
    • 300 g Blueberries
    • 150 g Sunflower Sprouts
  3. Prep Kale

    Wash kale & dry.

    • 2 bunches , de-stemmed + hand torn Kale
  4. Sear Salmon

    Set a pan over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil & salmon; cook for 4 minutes or until golden brown, seasoning halfway through. Remove from heat.

    • 680 g , diced Wild Atlantic Salmon
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
