  • Sherry Wine 1 tsp

  • White Onion 1/2

  • Hass Avocado 1

  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Dijon Mustard 2 tsp

Dairy & Eggs

  • Gruyere Cheese 2 Tbsp

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Form Burgers

    Dice your onion and caramelize it in a pan for about 10 minutes, then deglaze with the Sherry and Worcestershire Sauce. Take out of pan and cool down. Mix everything together with the burger meat and portion into 4 equal sized burgers.

    • 2 Tbsp , grated Gruyere Cheese
    • 1/2 , diced White Onion
    • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1 tsp Sherry Wine
    • 450 g , 80/20 blend Beef Mince
  2. Prep Topping

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.

    • 1 Hass Avocado
    • 1 , juiced, zested Lemon
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  3. Cook Burgers

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 5 minutes on each side for medium.

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 4 , toasted Burger Bun
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    Pair with your favourite side.
