Preparation

  1. Preheat + Knead

    Preheat oven to 260C. Knead dough into ball and let rest for 20 minutes on a flour-dusted surface.

  2. Prep Tenderstem Broccoli

    Prepare tenderstem broccoli. Set aside.

    • 130 grams, sliced, 1/4 inch pieces Tenderstem Broccoli
  3. Prep + Par-Cook Crust

    Lightly dust sheet pan with flour. Stretch pizza dough to fit sheet pan. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 450 grams Pizza Dough
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Plain Flour
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Spread sauce on base. Add cheese & sprinkle toppings. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 125 grams Tomato Pizza Sauce
    • 130 grams Grated Mozzarella Cheese
    • 40 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 130 grams, sliced, 1/4 inch pieces Tenderstem Broccoli
    • 1, zested Lemon
