Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 260C.

  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients. Mix together ricotta and salt. Set aside.

    • 120 grams, re-hydrated, then wedged Dried Figs
    • 1, thinly sliced Yellow Onion
    • 250 grams Ricotta Cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  3. Caramelize Onions

    Heat pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Caramelize onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

    • 1, thinly sliced Yellow Onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Spread sauce on base. Add cheese & sprinkle toppings. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 120 grams Pesto
    • 250 grams, seasoned Ricotta Cheese
    • 1, caramelized Yellow Onion
    • 260 grams Fig
    • 60 grams Prosciutto
    • 2 Naans
  5. Slice & Serve

    Slice and serve.
