Preparation

  1. Cook Wheatberries

    Bring wheatberries, salt & water to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes.

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 2, sliced Anjou Pears
    • 1, sliced Red Onion
  3. Salad Assembly

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

    • 190 grams Wheatberry
    • 1 tablespoon Salt
    • 40 grams Rocket
    • 2, sliced Anjou Pears
    • 1, julienned Red Onion
    • 120 milliliters Olive Oil
    • 44 milliliters Lemon Juice
    • 2 teaspoons, ground Black Pepper
  4. Taste

    Plate the salad into a bowl or on a plate and garnish with the blue cheese on top.
