Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Boil two pots of water. Prepare ingredients. Reserve celery leaves for garnish!

    • 680 grams, quartered Desiree
    • 2.8 liters Water
    • 80 grams, diced Fresh Celery
    • 90 grams, diced Red Onion
  2. Prepare Salad

    Drop eggs into boiling water & cook for 13 minutes. Ice when done. Drop potatoes into second pot of boiling water. Cook covered for 10 minutes.

  3. Grate Eggs

    Using a cheese grater, grate the hard boiled eggs.

  4. Salad Assembly

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

    • 1 tablespoon Salt
    • 4 Eggs
    • 80 grams, diced Fresh Celery
    • 90 grams, diced Red Onion
    • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
    • 60 grams Sweet Relish
    • 60 milliliters Sour Cream
    • 60 milliliters Mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  5. Taste

    Plate on platter or bowl. Garnish with celery leaf. Top with ground black pepper & extra virgin olive oil if desired!
