  • Canola Oil 59 milliliters

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Preheat oven to 205 C. Prepare cauliflower on a baking tray with oil & salt. Roast for 10 minutes. Prepare ingredients. Reserve a small quantity of spring onion, red pepper & coriander for garnish!

    • 1 head, small florets Cauliflower
    • 59 milliliters Canola Oil
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt
    • 50 grams, sliced Spring Onion
    • 80 grams, sliced Red Seedless Grape
    • 8 grams, chopped Cilantro
    • 23 grams, sliced Red/Green Chilli
  2. Salad Assembly

    Combine mayo, sour cream & curry powder in a large bowl, mix well. Add remaining ingredients to sour cream mixture.

    • 1 head, small florets Cauliflower
    • 120 milliliters Sour Cream
    • 120 milliliters Mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons Curry Powder
    • 50 grams, sliced Spring Onion
    • 80 grams, sliced Red Seedless Grape
    • 8 grams, chopped Cilantro
    • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    • 23 grams, sliced Red/Green Chilli
    • 50 grams Flaked Almond
  3. Taste

    Plate the salad in a bowl or platter. Garnish with cilantro, chilis & scallions. Season with black pepper.
