Beef with Creamy Horseradish and Potatoes - Innit

Preparation

  1. Truss & Cook Prime Rib

    Truss prime rib. Trussing the roast allows the meat to cook evenly & keeps the juices from running. Don't skip this step! Season. Cook for 70 minutes on the middle oven rack.

    • 1.4 kg Prime Rib
    • 15 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 10 g Salt
  2. Bake Potatoes

    Prepare ingredients. Season on baking tray and set aside. When the meat has cooked for 45 minutes, add the potatoes to a lower rack & roast the potatoes & prime rib for 25 minutes.

    • 680 g, quartered New Potato
    • 25 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 6 g Salt
  3. Horseradish Sauce Creation

    Prepare ingredients. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.

    • 25 g Sour Cream
    • 60 g Mayonnaise
    • 60 g Fresh Horseradish
    • 6 g Fresh Chives
    • 1, juiced Fresh Eureka Lemon
    • 4 g Granulated Sugar
    • 15 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 3 g Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  4. Serve & Enjoy!

    Allow prime rib to rest for 5 minutes. Remove twine before slicing. Slice into 1/2 inch thick slices against the grain. Top with Creamy Horseradish sauce.
