Sesame Ginger Salmon with Mushrooms and Ramen - Innit

  • Wild Atlantic Salmon 1 1/4 pounds

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Vegetable Broth 1/2 cup

Produce

  • Ginger Root 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic Clove 4 cloves

  • Scallions 8

  • Cremini Mushrooms 2 pounds

  • Fresh Persian Lime 1

Pantry

  • Sesame Seed Oil 1/2 cup

  • Soy Sauce 10 teaspoons

  • Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seed 4 teaspoons

  • Water 4 cups

Dry Goods

  • Ramen Noodle 10 ounces

Preparation

  1. Cook Salmon

    Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 1 minute. Add (half) oil & salmon. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan. Add remaining oil, garlic, ginger & green onions to pan. Cook & stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce & sesame seeds. Add salmon back to pan. Gently toss to coat with sauce.

    • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seed Oil
    • 4 fillets, diced Wild Atlantic Salmon
    • 2 cloves, minced Garlic Clove
    • 2 teaspoons, minced Ginger Root
    • 4, thinly sliced Scallions
    • 4 teaspoons Soy Sauce
    • 2 teaspoons Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seed
  2. Saute Mushrooms

    Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 1 minute. Add oil & ginger Cook & stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in mushrooms & soy sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in broth & cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in lime juice & sesame seeds.

    • 1/4 cup Sesame Seed Oil
    • 4 teaspoons, minced Ginger Root
    • 2 pounds, thinly sliced Cremini Mushrooms
    • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
    • 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
    • 1, juiced Fresh Persian Lime
    • 2 teaspoons Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seed
  3. Cook Ramen

    Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the noodles & cook for 2-3 minutes, until noodles are tender. Drain. Set a pan to medium high for 1 minute. Add oil, garlic & green onions. Cook & stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add noodles & stir fry until noodles are coated & warmed through, 1-2 minutes. *Add a little more oil as desired.

    • 4 cups Water
    • 10 ounces Ramen Noodle
    • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seed Oil
    • 2 cloves, minced Garlic Clove
    • 4, thinly sliced Scallions
