Sweet Korean BBQ Chicken Wings with Bok Choy and Cilantro Rice - Innit

Preparation

  2. Preheat

    Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line two sheet pans with foil.

    Connect Oven
  3. Make Cilantro Ginger Rice

    Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil. Simmer, covered, for 40 minutes. Remove ginger. Fluff rice with a fork.

    • 1 cup Brown Rice
    • 1 teaspoon, Peeled Ginger
    • 0.3 ounce, stems removed Cilantro
    • 2 cups Water
    • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  4. Season & Bake Chicken

    Rinse and dry chicken wings. Season chicken. Bake on top rack for 40 minutes.

    • 2 1/2 pounds Chicken Wing
    • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  5. Bake Bok Choy

    Prepare ingredients. Arrange sliced bok choy in an even layer to a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with remaining ingredients. Bake for 10 minutes.

    • 6 heads, halved Baby Bok Choy
    • 2 cloves, minced Garlic Clove
    • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seed
    • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  6. Sauce Prep

    Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

    • 1/2 cup, honey flavored Barbecue Sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  7. Serve & Enjoy

    Toss wings with sauce. Serve with sesame bok choy & cilantro ginger brown rice. Top off wings with extra sauce if desired.
