  • Red Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons

  • Kosher Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Black Pepper 2 teaspoons

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients. Add to a large bowl.

    • 4 cups, diced Watermelon
    • 3/4, julienned Red Onion
  2. Salad Assembly

    Combine ingredients & mix well.

    • 4 cups, diced Watermelon
    • 3/4, julienned Red Onion
    • 1/2 cup, torn Basil
    • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
    • 2 teaspoons, ground Black Pepper
  3. Taste

    Plate on a platter or bowl. Garnish with feta cheese & sesame seeds.
