  • Cremini Mushrooms 1 1/2 pounds

  • Fresh Shallot 1

  • Fresh Green Beans 1 pound

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons

Dairy & Eggs

  • Heavy Cream 1 cup

  • Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese 5/8 cup

Pantry

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tablespoons

  • Crispy Onions 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 390F.

  2. Prep Green Bean Casserole

    Prepare ingredients and add them to a sheet pan. Dizzle evenly with oil and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper. Bake at 390F for 25 minutes.

    • 1 1/2 pounds, halved Cremini Mushrooms
    • 6, sliced Garlic Cloves
    • 1 pound, trimmed, if desired Fresh Green Beans
    • 1, sliced Fresh Shallot
    • 1/4 bunch, leaves removed Fresh Garden Thyme
    • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1, juiced Fresh Eureka Lemon
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
    • gram, to taste Black Pepper
  3. Prep Green Bean Casserole Cont.

    Add cream and parmesan to the green bean mushroom sheet pan. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.

    • 1 cup Heavy Cream
    • 1/2 cup, grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  4. Garnish Casserole

    Sprinkle with parmesan and top with chopped parsley, parsley leaves and crispy onions. Drizzle with olive oil if desired!
