Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 500F.

    Connect Oven
  2. Prep Chives

    Prepare chives.

    • 1/4 cup , finely chopped Fresh Chives
  3. Cook Pancetta

    Heat pan over medium high heat. Cook pancetta for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.

    • 1/2 lb , diced Pancetta
  4. Add Toppings

    Spread sauce on crust. Add cheese. Sprinkle toppings then crack eggs on top. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce
    • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1/2 lb , cooked Pancetta
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 Naans
  5. Slice & Serve!

    Garnish. Slice & serve.

    • 1/4 cup , finely chopped Fresh Chives
    • to taste Black Pepper
