Classic Turkey Burger with Bacon - Innit

  • Ground Turkey 1 pound

  • Bacon 4 slices

  • Hamburger Roll 4

Preparation

  1. Preheat

    Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line sheet pan with foil.

    Connect Oven
  2. Form Patties

    Separate egg white and pour it into the ground turkey. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal patties.

    • 1 pound Ground Turkey
    • 1, white only Egg
  3. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 6 minutes on each side.

    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 4, toasted Hamburger Roll
  4. Prep Topping

    Bake in oven at 350 F. Pull out when it begins to get crispy.

    • 4 slices Bacon
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
