Preparation

  1. Couscous Prep

    Prepare ingredients. Boil Water.

    • 1 1/2 cups Water
    • 1/4 bunch , chopped Italian Parsley
    • 1/2 cup , chopped Dried Apricot
    • 1 oz , chopped Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds
  2. Couscous Creation

    Mix ingredients with boiling water & cover. Let steep for 5 minutes.

    • 1/2 cup , chopped Dried Apricot
    • 1 oz , chopped Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 cup Couscous
    • 1 1/2 cups , boiled Water
  3. Fluff Couscous

    Season & fluff with fork!

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/4 bunch , chopped Italian Parsley
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • to taste Kosher Salt
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
