Sesame Fried Egg with Broccoli and Cauliflower Rice - Innit

Ingredients

Produce

  • Cauliflower 1 head

  • Broccoli 2 heads

  • Thyme 2 sprigs

  • Garlic 6 cloves

  • Scallion 2

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

Dairy & Eggs

  • Egg 4

Pantry

  • Sesame Oil 3/8 cup

  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Vegetable Broth 1/2 cup

Preparation

  1. Fry Egg

    Set a small pan to high heat for 1 minute. Add oil and eggs. Fry until desired doneness. Remove from heat. Add green onion to pan & fry just until wilted, about 30 seconds. Place scallions on top of eggs & drizzle with soy sauce.

    • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
    • 4 Egg
    • 2 Scallion
    • teaspoon, to taste Soy Sauce
  2. Cook Broccoli

    Prepare ingredients. Set pan to medium high heat for 1 minute. Add oil & broccoli; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Add broth & garlic; cook until broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes. Soy sauce to taste.

    • 1/4 cup Sesame Oil
    • 2 heads, small florets Broccoli
    • 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
    • 6 cloves, minced Garlic
    • teaspoon, to taste Soy Sauce
  3. Cauliflower Rice Creation

    Prepare ingredients. Add cauliflower to a food processor. Chop/Pulse until it resembles rice. Set pan to high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil, cauliflower rice, salt, pepper, thyme & garlic. Stir & cook for 4 minutes. Discard garlic & thyme.

    • 1 head, chopped Cauliflower
    • 2 cloves, peeled Garlic
    • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    • 2 sprigs Thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  4. Serve and Enjoy

    Pair with good music.
