Morning Mylkshake Smoothie with Cold Brew & Chia - Innit

Ingredients

Packaged Products

  • Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp

Beverage

  • Unsweetened Cold Brew Coffee 1 cup

Frozen Products

  • Frozen Bananas 1/3 cup

Spices

  • Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp

  • Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp

Dry Goods

  • Cashew 1/4 cup

Pantry

  • Fine Grain Sea Salt 1 pinch

  • Medjool Dates 1

Preparation

  1. Add Liquid

    Pour cold brew into blender.

    • 1 cup Unsweetened Cold Brew Coffee
  2. Add Chia Seeds

    Add chia seeds to blender.

    • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  3. Assemble Smoothie

    Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) How to soak nuts: Place nuts in a jar or bowl. Cover with water and let soak at room temperature for 4 hours, or in the fridge overnight. Drain and rinse before use. Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1/4 cup, soaked for 4 hours or overnight Cashew
    • 1, pitted Medjool Dates
    • 1/3 cup, sliced Frozen Bananas
    • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Sea Salt
  4. Mix It Up

    Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.

  5. Sip Sip, Hooray!

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
