Preparation

  1. Season and Cook Ribs

    Place ribs on sheet pan, bone-side up on the top rack. Season. Place sheet pan with Ribs in the oven. Start cooking Ribs.

    • 3 lb , washed + rinsed Pork Back Ribs
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  2. Flip & Finish Baking Ribs

    Remove sheet pan with ribs from oven. Flip ribs, bone-side down. Place sheet pan with ribs in oven. Continue cooking ribs.

  3. Serve & Enjoy!

    Pair with good music.
