Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 2 cups , sliced Strawberries
  2. Dressing Creation

    Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

    • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 , zested & juiced Lemon
  3. Salad Assembly

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing to taste & mix well.

    • 2 cups , sliced Strawberries
    • 1 cup Spinach
    • 1/2 cup , roasted Sliced Almonds
    • 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    Plate in bowl or on platter. Garnish with goat cheese & top with ground pepper.
