Preparation

  1. Form Patties

    Separate egg white and pour it into the ground turkey. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal patties.

    • 1 lb Ground Turkey
    • 1 , white only Egg
  2. Prep Topping

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.

    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 , juiced, zested Lemon
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  3. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 6 minutes on each side.

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 4 , toasted Wheat Hamburger Rolls
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
