  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

Dairy & Eggs

  • Plain Greek Yogurt 1 cup

Spices

  • Smoked Paprika 1/4 tsp

  • Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Prep Ingredients

    Use a mandoline or knife to thinly slice beets. Drizzle with oil & season.

    • 4, thinly sliced Beets
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  2. Airfry

    Arrange beet slices in a single layer. Set Philips Airfryer to 325 F & cook for 12 - 15 minutes, until crisp. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The 2nd batch may cook quicker than the 1st since the Philips Airfryer is preheated!

  3. Sauce Creation

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

    • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 3 Tbsp, minced Fresh Chives
    • 3 Tbsp, chopped Italian Parsley
    • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    Serve with dip on the side.
