Teriyaki Pork Chop with Broccoli and Quinoa - Innit

  • Kosher Salt 3 1/2 teaspoons

  • Broccoli 3/4 pound

  • Thyme 2 sprigs

  • Garlic Clove 4 cloves

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tablespoons

  • Water 1 1/3 cups

  • Red Quinoa 2/3 cup

  • Teriyaki Sauce 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Gather Ingredients

  2. Preheat

    Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line sheet pan with foil.

    Connect Oven
  3. Flavor & Boil Quinoa

    Combine all ingredients in large pot & bring to a boil.

    • 1 clove, smashed Garlic Clove
    • 2 sprigs Thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
    • 2/3 cup Red Quinoa
    • 1 1/3 cups Water
  4. Prep Broccoli & Pork

    Prepare ingredients. Season broccoli & pork on sheet pan. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on top oven rack.

    • 4 Boneless Pork Chop
    • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
    • 3/4 pound Broccoli
    • 2 cloves, minced Garlic Clove
  5. Cover & Simmer Quinoa

    Reduce heat & simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove garlic & thyme. Fluff with a fork.

    • 2/3 cup Red Quinoa
  6. Serve & Enjoy

    Allow pork to rest before slicing into 1/2" slices. Top with Teriyaki Sauce. Serve with quinoa & broccoli!
