Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 500F.

    Connect Oven
  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients. Mix together ricotta and salt. Set aside.

    • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  3. Cook Sausage + Wilt Kale

    Heat pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Cook sausage for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Add kale, cook for 1 minute or until wilted. Set aside.

    • 1/2 lb , uncased Pork Sausage Meat
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 cups , bitesized pieces Lacinato Kale
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Spread sauce on crust. Add cheese. Sprinkle toppings. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 1/2 cup Tomato Pizza Sauce
    • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1 cup , seasoned Ricotta Cheese
    • 2 cups Lacinato Kale
    • 1/2 lb Pork Sausage Meat
    • 2 Naans
  5. Slice & Serve

    Slice and serve.
