Pink Zing Smoothie with Coconut Water & Hemp Seeds - Innit

Ingredients

  • Fresh Ginger 1/2 inch

  • Raspberries 1 cup

  • Red Beets 1/4

Pantry

  • Fine Grain Sea Salt 1 pinch

  • Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp

Packaged Products

  • Unsweetened Almond Butter 1 Tbsp

  • Hulled Hemp Seeds 1 Tbsp

Beverage

  • Coconut Water 1 cup

Frozen Products

  • Frozen Bananas 1/3 cup

Preparation

  1. Add Liquid

    Pour coconut water into blender.

    • 1 cup, unsweetened Coconut Water
  2. Add Hemp Seeds

    Add hemp seeds to blender.

    • 1 Tbsp Hulled Hemp Seeds
  3. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients. Tip! To avoid beet stains, cover your cutting board with parchment paper before cutting.

    • 1/4, peeled, chopped Red Beets
    • 1/2 inch, peeled, chopped Fresh Ginger
  4. Assemble Smoothie

    Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1 cup Raspberries
    • 1/3 cup, sliced Frozen Bananas
    • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Butter
    • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Sea Salt
  5. Mix It Up

    Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.

  6. Sip Sip, Hooray!

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
