INGREDIENTS

  • 2 heads Broccoli

  • 4 Garlic Cloves

  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro

  • 2 Avocados

  • 1/2 Lime

  • 2 bags UNCLE BEN'S® READY RICE® Basmati Rice

  • 1/4 cup Cashew

  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth

  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seed Oil

  • 2 tsp Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seed

STEPS

  1. Prep Avocado

    Thinly slice avocado. Squeeze lime juice then add dry toppings. Finish with sesame oil.

  2. Cook Broccoli

    Prepare ingredients. Set pan to medium high heat for 1 minute.

    Add oil & broccoli; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.

    Add broth & garlic; cook until broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes.

    Soy sauce to taste.

  3. Heat Rice

    Gently squeeze the sides of the pouch to break apart the rice, and pour contents into a skillet.

    Add water, and heat on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

  4. Serve & Enjoy

    Serve in a bowl over rice or mixed together, stir-fry style!
