STEPS

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl & mix well.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausage, in small pieces, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until browned.

Wash & dry lettuce. Separate leaves.
