Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 445F.

Grease Baking Dish
Grease a small baking dish and set aside.

Prepare Cornbread
In a bowl, blend the P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal, salt, corn starch and baking powder until thoroughly combined.
- 1 1/2 cups Harina P.A.N. Pre-Cooked White Cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Prepare Cornbread (continued)
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs for 5 minutes. Add the honey and the butter. Beat for 2 minutes. Add the milk, buttermilk and dry ingredients. Stir for 5 minutes.

- 2 Tbsp, melted Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 cup Buttermilk

Cook Cornbread
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven.

Cool the cornbread before you serve. Enjoy!
