1/4 cup Corn Masa Flour

2 cups Chicken Stock

1 can Canned White Beans

1 Tbsp Kosher Salt

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Prepare vegetables.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add sausage, in small pieces, and cook, for about 5 minutes or until browned. Scoop out the meat and put on a paper towel lined plate.
Add prepared vegetables, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until translucent.
Add beans and chicken stock, stir to combine.
Add torn up kale leaves and season with salt, stir to combine. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Squeeze lemon into pot, and return cooked sausage into pot. Stir to combine.
Add corn flour, and stir to combine. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Prepare kale and add to a bowl.
Add oil, lime juice and cheese. Mix to coat.

Ladle chili into bowls. Top with kale mixture and cheese. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve with favorite tortilla chips (optional).
