Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage 1 lb
Rotini 1 lb
Fresh Oregano 7 sprigs
Thai Chilli Pepper 1
Garlic Clove 3 cloves
Broccolini 1 bunch
Black Pepper 1 pinch
Kosher Salt 1 tsp

Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese 1/4 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Prepare vegetables. Arrange vegetables on a sheet tray.
- 1 bunch, chopped Broccolini
- 1, thinly sliced Thai Chilli Pepper
- 3 cloves, thinly sliced Garlic Clove
Assemble & Cook
Arrange sausage in small pieces on top of vegetables, add oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 16 minutes or until sausage is cooked through and slightly browned.

- 3 sprigs, torn Fresh Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
In a large pot, bring water to a boil on medium-high heat. Heavily salt water. Cook pasta until al dente, firm to bite but not soft.
- 1 lb, or pasta of choice Rotini
Combine Sauce & Pasta
Toss sausage-vegetable mix and pasta in a large bowl. Zest in lemon and add parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
- 1, zested Lemon
- 1/4 cup, grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
Serve & Enjoy
Arrange pasta on a plate and garnish with oregano. If desired, finish with extra parmesan cheese.
