Crab Artichoke Spinach Dip - Innit

  • Sourdough Bread 1 loaf

  • Kosher Salt 7 teaspoons

  • Black Pepper 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic Powder 2 teaspoons

  • Onion Powder 2 teaspoons

Dairy & Eggs

  • Cream Cheese 1 cup

  • Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup

Pantry

  • Canned Artichoke Heart 1/2 cup

  • Olive Oil 8 teaspoons

Preparation

  1. Toast Bread

    Preheat oven to 400 F. Drizzle bread slices with olive oil, salt & pepper. Toast for 5 minutes.

    • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
    • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    • 1 loaf, sliced Sourdough Bread
    • 1 teaspoon, ground Black Pepper
  2. Blend

    Add ingredients to a food processor. Pulse. Place into baking pan or casserole dish. Bake on 400 F for 10 minutes.

    • 1 cup Cream Cheese
    • 1/2 cup Lump Crab Meat
    • 1/2 cup Canned Artichoke Heart
    • 1/2 cup, frozen, chopped Frozen Spinach
    • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
    • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
    • 1/2 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
    • 8 teaspoons Olive Oil
    • 1, zested, juiced Lemon
  3. Taste

    Place bread around dip & drizzle with olive oil to finish.
