  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 1/2 cups

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Tomato Pizza Sauce 1/2 cup

Packaged Products

  • Pizza Dough 1 lb

Preparation

  1. Preheat + Knead

    Preheat oven to 500F degrees. Knead dough into ball and let rest for 20 minutes on a flour dusted surface.

    Connect Oven
  2. Prep Broccolini

    Prepare broccolini. Set aside.

    • 1 1/2 cups , sliced, 1/4 inch pieces Broccolini
  3. Prep + Par-Cook Crust

    Lightly dust sheet pan with flour. Stretch pizza dough to fit sheet pan. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 1 lb Pizza Dough
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Spread sauce on crust. Add cheese & sprinkle toppings. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 1/2 cup Tomato Pizza Sauce
    • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 1/2 cups , sliced, 1/4 inch pieces Broccolini
    • 1 , zested Lemon
  5. Slice & Serve
