Mango Pork Taco Lettuce Wraps with Red Cabbage Slaw - Innit

  • Olive Oil 1/4 cup

  • Red Radishes 4

  • Mango 1

  • Cilantro 1/4 bunch

  • Red Onion 1/2

  • Red Cabbage 1/4 head

  • Limes 1 1/2

  • Butterhead Lettuce 2 heads

Spices

  • Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Kosher Salt 3/4 tsp

Preparation

  1. Gather Ingredients

  2. Prep Cabbage Slaw

    Add all ingredients to a bowl. Stir to combine.

    • 1/4 head, sliced Red Cabbage
    • 1, Juiced Lime
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  3. Salsa Creation

    Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl & mix well.

    • 1, diced Mango
    • 4 Red Radishes
    • 1/2, finely diced Red Onion
    • 1/2, juiced Lime
    • 1/4 bunch, chopped Cilantro
    • 1 tsp Chili Powder
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  4. Cook Meat

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage, in small pieces, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until browned.

    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 lb Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
  5. Pull Apart Lettuce Cups

    Wash & dry lettuce. Separate leaves.

    • 2 heads Butterhead Lettuce
  6. Serve

    Assemble tacos and enjoy!
