Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line sheet pan with foil.

  3. Season & Bake Salmon

    Season salmon. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, let rest for 5 minutes.

    TIP: Why rest? Because proteins continue to cook once removed from the oven!

    • 4, 6 oz Salmon
    • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  4. Make Tahini Sauce

    Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl & mix well.

    • 3 tablespoons Tahini
    • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
    • 1, juiced Lemon
    • 1.0 ounce Honey
  5. Salad Creation

    Prepare ingredients. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium to large bowl and mix well.

    • 2 cups, halved Cherry Tomatoes
    • 1, sliced half moons Persian Cucumber
    • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon Sugar
    • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • 0.3 ounce, hand torn Fresh Mint Leaf
    • 1/2, sliced White Onion
  6. Warm Pita

    Heat pita in oven for 2 minutes.

    • 4 White Pita
  7. Serve & Enjoy!

    Spread tahini sauce on pita, top with salad, then bite-sized salmon pieces.
