  • Ground Turkey 1 lb

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Soy Sauce 1/4 cup

  • Sesame Seed Oil 8 tsp

  • Water Chestnuts 2 cans

  • Canned Coconut Milk 1 can

  • White Onion 1

  • Garlic Cloves 6

  • Ginger 4 tsp

  • Edamame 2 cups

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Basmati Rice 1 cup

  • Water 3/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Cook Coconut Rice

    Combine coconut milk, water & salt in a small pot. Bring to a boil. Add rice & reduce heat. Simmer covered for 20 minutes or until liquid has absorbed. Let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork. Salt to taste.

    • 1 can Canned Coconut Milk
    • 3/4 cup Water
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  2. Cook Edamame

    Set pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add oil and garlic. Cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add in edamame and cook until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Season to taste.

    • 2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
    • 2 Garlic Cloves
    • 2 cups Edamame
    • to taste Kosher Salt
    • to taste Black Pepper
  3. Cook Turkey

    Prepare ingredients. Set a pan to medium high heat for 1 minute. Add oil & onion. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add garlic, ginger and water chestnuts, cook for 1 minute more. Add ground turkey. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in soy sauce & lime juice. Remove from heat.

    • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
    • 1 , diced White Onion
    • 4 , minced Garlic Cloves
    • 4 tsp , minced Ginger
    • 2 cans , finely chopped Water Chestnuts
    • 1 lb Ground Turkey
    • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
    • 2 , juiced Limes
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
