Preparation

  1. Prepare Vegetables

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 1/2 , sliced White Onion
    • 2 , thinly sliced Carrots
    • 1/2 , chopped Red Tomato
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1/2 lb , chopped Green Beans
    • 2 , chopped Green Chilis
    • 6 packages Maggi Noodle
    • 6 packages Garam Masala
  2. Stir Fry Vegetables

    In a large saucepan, sauté the onion, carrots, tomatoes, green beans, and chilis on oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add salt according to taste. Crack eggs into mixture. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Empty contents in a separate container.

    • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1/2 cup White Onion
    • 1/2 cup Carrots
    • 1/2 cup Red Tomato
    • 1/2 cup Green Beans
    • 1/2 cup Green Chili
    • 2 pinches Kosher Salt
  3. Cook Maggi Noodles

    Add noodles to boiling water, stir. Let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Maggi masala to noodles.

    • 6 packages Maggi Noodle
    • 6 packages Garam Masala
  4. Combine Ingredients

    Add vegetables with egg masala to noodles. Mix thoroughly.

  5. Serve

    Enjoy a healthy portion.
