Roasted Whole Chicken - Innit

Ingredients

  • Whole Chicken 4 lb

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Truss Chicken

    Truss Chicken with twine. Place on sheet pan breast side up.

    • 4 lb Whole Chicken
  2. Season

    Mix ingredients together. Place on sheet pan breast side down.

    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
    • 4 lb Whole Chicken
  3. Cook

    Place in the oven on the bottom rack. Start cooking chicken. Remove from oven. Flip, breast side up. Continue cooking chicken.

  4. Plate It

    Remove sheet pan from oven. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
