Pimento Cheese Dip - Innit

  • Canned Pimento 1 cup

Dairy & Eggs

  • Sour Cream 1/2 cup

  • Cheddar Cheese 2 cups

  • Cream Cheese 4 cups

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 2 tablespoons

Preparation

  1. Blend

    Combine ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the consistency is a thick paste.

    • 4 cups Cream Cheese
    • 1 cup Canned Pimento
    • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
    • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
    • 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
  2. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 1/2 cup, thinly sliced Scallion
    • 4, sliced into sticks Carrots
    • 4 stalks, sliced into sticks Fresh Celery
    • 8 Snap Peas
    • 1/2, sliced into sticks English Cucumber
  3. Taste

    Plate the dip with veggie sticks. Garnish with parsley & scallions. Top with extra virgin olive oil & ground black pepper if desired.
