Add Liquid
Pour yogurt into blender.
- 1 cup, dairy or dairy free Plain Drinkable Yogurt

Prepare ingredients.
- 1/2, cored, chopped Fresh Gala Apple

Assemble Smoothie
Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!
- 1/2 cup, sliced Frozen Bananas
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Butter
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 pinch Fine Grain Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Quaker Oats Old Fashioned

Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.
