Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 500F.

  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 2 cups, sliced Cremini Mushrooms
    • 1, sliced Yellow Onion
    • 1, minced Garlic Clove
    • 1 tsp, leaves picked Fresh Thyme
  3. Cook Toppings

    Heat pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Cook onions until golden brown, about 6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients & cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.

    • 2 cups Cremini Mushrooms
    • 1 Yellow Onion
    • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
    • 1 Garlic Clove
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Sprinkle mozzarella on crust. Add mushroom mix and top with parmesan. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 2 Naans
    • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  5. Slice & Serve!

    Slice & serve.
