Preheat the oven to 500F.

Prep Toppings
Prepare ingredients. Mix together ricotta and salt. Set aside.

Caramelize Onions
Heat pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Caramelize onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
